Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 137(FIN) Shall the Senate Concur in the House Amendment to CSSB 137(FIN)? YEAS: 11 NAYS: 9 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Davis, Ellis, Elton, Hoffman, Lincoln, Olson, Pearce, Phillips, Taylor, Torgerson Nays: Cowdery, Donley, Green, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Therriault, Ward, Wilken and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 137(FIN). Senator Leman moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?"
